Eindhoven bootcamp is a super dynamic workout without choreography, no difficult steps, dances or exercises, but just one hour really going for it. Consider, for example, lunges, push-ups, squats, etc. and we try to use everything that we encounter in nature. Don't imagine anything like jumping over tree trunks and crawling over the ground, but by using objects in the park to train large muscle groups alternated with cardio exercises, everyone can participate!
