Fat burning, muscle firming & conditioning!

Bootcamp Eindhoven is very dynamic workout without cheographics, no difficult dances and excersises, but just working out outside for one hour. For example, lunges, push ups ,squats etc. We don't use equipment, but we use the tools we find in the park. We don't crawl across the ground, but we use the objects within the park to train the bigger muscle groups combined with cardio. So, everybody can join!
