Where are Maxx Training courses provided?
We mainly provide training in Eindhoven. Particularly in the city itself, but we also provide various training courses in surrounding municipalities, such as Son en Breugel, Eersel and Nuenen. For example, we provide neighborhood boot camps to participants who all come from the same neighborhood.
Can I also train at one of your locations?
Yes, that is certainly possible. We offer Personal Training in our own fitness studios. We have a studio in the city center of Eindhoven and a studio on the High Tech Campus of Eindhoven.
On what days and times can I train?
Monday to Thursday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM and Friday to Sunday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Who provides the training?
This depends on the training. Personal Training is always provided by Anne Krebber or Ilias Renou, both owners of Maxx Training. Other training courses can be provided by certified instructors that work through Maxx Training.
What are the costs of corporate fitness?
We do not charge a fixed rate for company fitness. Depending on the number of participants, training courses and the duration of the training courses, the price may differ. We prepare a personal quotation for each company. Do you want to know more? Please contact us.
Do you offer a total package to become fitter and slimmer?
Of course! We will determine your goals in a no-obligation intake interview. We also make a plan on how you can achieve this. This can also be done in combination with nutritional advice.

Of course. If you want to lose weight, adjusting your diet is often the most important thing. Together we draw up a plan so that you can actually achieve your goals in a healthy way.
What measures do you take to comply with the guidelines from the RIVM regarding the COVID-19 virus?
We train both groups and individuals at sufficient distance and as much as possible without material that has to be passed from hand to hand. If we do use material, it is first thoroughly cleaned. In addition, we ask all our customers to take responsibility themselves and not to come to training if they feel poorly, colds and cough etc!
