Kettlebell training offers more results than 1½ hours of strength or cardio training !!!! The kettlebell exercises are quick and easy to learn everyone can participate at his or her level! You become stronger, burn a lot of calories, you become more agile and you also work directly on your endurance. So you train everything in one go!
We meet by the Dr. A.F. Philips Observatorium at the "Stadswandelpark", Alberdingk Thijmlaan, Eindhoven.
Bring a bottle of water and a towel with you. Kettlebell 4 kg are supplied as standard.

- Wednesday: Bootcamp 19:00-20:00
- Friday: Bootcamp 09:00-10:00
- Saturday: Kettlebell 10:00-11:00
- Sunday: Bootcamp 10:00-11:00
