Do you want to change anything about your diet? Do you want to lose weight or gain muscle mass? We offer guidance in the field of nutrition and lifestyle. We offer nutritional guidance if you want to do something  about your weight, diet, sports performance, lifestyle and/or health. Our nutritional guidance is completely tailor-made for you. If you really want to commit and work with us, we will ensure that you achieve and maintain your ideal weight!

In addition to a personal training program, we also offer nutritional guidance. We will guide you entirely in a period of 12 weeks (3 months). We provide guidance in implementing and maintaining a new and healthy diet and lifestyle that suits your personal goals. We are thinking about different goals such as (losing weight, maintaining weight or gaining weight).

Prior to the 12-week program, you will receive a complete screening in which we measure your body composition and examine your current eating pattern. Based on this, you will receive a personal nutrition plan every week (recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks). At the end of every week we have a feedback moment and at the end we have a final personal screening moment.
