Small Group Training is personal training in a small group, where you train with up to 4 to 6 participants. This gives you the opportunity to receive intensive, customized guidance, but at a much more affordable rate than individual personal training. You can even train together with friends or family, so you can motivate each other extra!

Where are Maxx Training courses offered?

We provide training mainly in Eindhoven. Particularly in the city itself, but we also provide various training courses in surrounding municipalities, such as Son en Breugel, Eersel and Nuenen. For example, we give neighborhood bootcamps to participants who are all from the same neighborhood.

Can I also train at one of your locations?

Yes you certainly can. We offer Personal Trainings in our own studios. For example, we have a studio in downtown Eindhoven and a studio on Eindhoven’s High Tech Campus.

On what days and times can I train?

Monday through Thursday between 08:00 – 21:00 and Friday through Sunday between 09:00 – 15:00.

Who provides the trainings?

This depends on the training. A Personal Training is always provided by Anne Krebber or Ilias Renou, both owners of Maxx Training). Other training can be provided by certified instructors we hire from Maxx Training.

What is the cost of corporate fitness?

We do not have a set rate for corporate fitness. Indeed, depending on the number of participants, training sessions and the duration of the training sessions, the price may vary. We provide a personalized quote for each company. Want to know more? Please contact us.

Do you offer a total package to get fitter and leaner?

Yes! In a no-obligation intake conversation, we set your goals. In addition, we make a plan on how you can achieve them. This can also be combined with nutritional advice.

Do you also offer nutritional counseling and guidance?

Yes. If you want to lose weight, adjusting your diet is often the most important thing. Together we draw up a plan so that you can actually achieve your goals in a healthy way.

What measures are you taking to meet the guidelines from the RIVM regarding the COVID-19 virus?

Both groups and individuals, we all train at a sufficient distance and, as much as possible, without material that must be passed from hand to hand. When we do use material, it is cleaned thoroughly first. We also ask all our clients to take responsibility themselves and not to come to training when they have complaints.
